In my role as Head of Department at Marikar (Motors) Ltd., I spearheaded sales and service operations across Kerala, driving profitability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I led recruitment, training, and evaluation of sales managers, optimizing team performance and driving growth. I also managed budgeting, maintained systems, and provided valuable market feedback to the executive team.

In my role as Fleet Sales Manager at Alzayani Investments in Bahrain, I led a team to ensure a consistent flow of prospects, supported marketing efforts, and conducted competition analysis. I provided monthly meeting presentations, MIS support, and ensured adherence to systems and processes.

Led the Sales Development Department at Alzayani Investments, overseeing sales of FUSO Commercial Vehicles, Mitsubishi Forklifts, PM Cranes, Shantui earth moving equipment, Mitsubishi Cars, and MG Cars. In my role as Retail Sales Manager at Zawawi Trading Company LLC, I provided leadership to the sales team, set sales targets, and analyzed market data to drive effective goal setting. I liaised with global suppliers for body building needs and reported market feedback to Daimler AG, Dubai. Additionally, I maintained system processes and reported directly to the GM/CEO.

In my role as Sales Supervisor at Alzayani Investments, I oversaw all sales activities for FUSO Trucks, including managing operations and procurement of Truck Bodies. I worked closely with truck body builders and corporate clients to maintain and develop business relationships, achieving long-term sales and marketing objectives. My dedication and hard work were recognized with awards for best employee and best service entry for 5 consecutive years, as well as being selected as the best sales staff by Mitsubishi Fuso, Japan.

In my role as Asst Sales Manager at A. A. Bin Hindi B.S.C (c), I supervised RENAULT TRUCK Retail SALES and operations, ensuring a smooth flow of customers and prospects. I also interacted with OE approved body builders in the MENA and European regions for body building and mounting on transshipment basis, choosing the required GVW, Axle capacities, and wheel bases according to client needs and country regulations.

In my role as Branch In charge at Saud Bahwan Group LLC in Seeb, Muscat, Oman, I led a team of sales personnel to achieve sales targets and managed administrative tasks such as finance documentation, vehicle registration, and stock maintenance in SAP environment. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, I ensured that sales activities were in accordance with the management system and processes.

As the Branch Manager at Marikar (Motors) Ltd, I led a dynamic team to drive sales for a wide range of vehicles and spare parts, including Mitsubishi, Skoda, Royal Enfield, and Hindustan Motors. I strategized and implemented sales plans in a competitive market, ensuring adherence to company and manufacturer standards. Reporting to Chief Managers for sales, service, and parts, I successfully achieved sales targets and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction.
