- Management and consultancy - Opening of Swiss Spirit Turaif Hotel - Opening of Swiss International Park Hotel - Opening of Swiss International Jeddah Residence - Opening of Swiss International Riyad Hotel - Opening of Swiss Spirit Riyad Hotel - Opening of Swiss International Boutique Al Qaseem - Opening of Swiss International Tabuk - Pre opening and consultancy services for Swiss International Al Qassim resort - Setting timeline for each project - Dealing directly with the kitchen suppliers and finalizing all the nessecary layouts and equipment - Dealing Directly with Interior design company for each property to finalize the layouts and BOQs - Contacting the nessecary suppliers for BOQ implimentation - Finalizing the Pre Opening budget and doing the nessecary operational purchases - Short Listing candidates and recruitment of Hotel Managers - Briefing and training the new Hotel Managers and setting the communication and operational tasks - Daily follow up with all Properties - Consultancy services - Direct envolvment with the yearly operational budget - Property inspection on monthly bases - Direct envolvment with the new Developments in the MENA region - Reporting Directly to the HQ.

- oversee the pre opening activities and coordinate with company executives, owners and contractors - Assisting overseeing and managing all on site activities at hotel properties, including scope development, identifying and managing designers, as well as consultants, and contractors - Project management including research of equipment, materials, supplies and methods, sourcing and negotiating qualified Supplier or contractors' bids, reviewing contracts, and quality control during all stages of the project - Develop long and short range plans for the operation of the hotel. Ensure the plans, once approved by the HQ are properly executed. Ensure operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained - Assist and coordinate timely budget and forecasts regarding, but not limited to business levels, financial requirements, personnel needs and organization plans needed to support the hotel operations. - Reporting Directly to HQ and Owner

- Managing a Team of 120 Employees, 70 Rooms, 2 Banquet Halls, 3 Outlets and SPA - planning and organizing accommodation, and other hotel services; - promoting and marketing the business; - managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure; - maintaining statistical and financial records; - setting and achieving sales and profit targets; - analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies; - recruiting, training and monitoring staff; - planning work schedules for individuals and teams; - meeting and greeting customers; - dealing with customer complaints and comments; - addressing problems and troubleshooting; - ensuring events and conferences run smoothly; - supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings; - dealing with contractors and suppliers; - ensuring security is effective and hygiene standards are met - carrying out inspections of property and services; - ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
