I am passionate for improving the lives of Adults / young people demonstrating change my expertise delivering The Free Talk Programme Ltd., The Free Talk Haven providing Accommodation with supported living , care and support and domiciliary care with Specialised tailored support and intervention for young people and Adults We provided tailored : Intervention / Prevention programmes We use an holistic epicrime trauma informed approach to create positive change including a Child First Approach for young people ensuring social inclusion for effective practice and development for for individuals ensuring our strategies will ensure positive outcomes. The Free Talk Intervention Hub provides an umbrella service for the community championing public health for individuals with complex needs with education , health in equality’s ,criminal justice including offending behaviours rehabilitation, harm reduction, refugees / Asylum seekers , youth inclusion, serious youth violence , D.V , harm reduction , mental heath , Disability including SEND , well being ,work shops , group Therapy etc our vision is to create an all inclusive community. I CreatedThe Free Talk with a vision that works for society an all inclusive community for community Cohesion community Health and delvlopment combating social isolation creating employability for Bristol and nationally regeneration of deprevational areas the impact has been incredible We have made an all inclusive structure where everyone is welcome !!! I make connections with individuals build positive relationships build self esteem ,confidence ,resilience providing one to one support packages for individual needs and well-being with outreach work having positive interaction with the service users identifying with there needs and wants ,I personally deliver the FREE TALK group therapy sessions ,I am a motivational speaker i have a commitment to the community to provide the best care for individuals for all complex needs health inequalities, mental health ,substance misuse ,group Therapy, Education /Training ,creating employability , recreational activities and much more the impact we have made is remarkable My Aim is to duplicate and create more projects around all social deprevation areas to support communities with complex needs providing tailored one to one support plans tackling social isolation , well -being by creating health clinics within the hubs to stamp out health inequalities and rehabilitation of offenders to ensure individuals back into society
