Shadan is an Experienced Health Club Operations Leader with experience in Business Development, Brand Management and Operational Management. Her current role as Deputy COO made her responsible of the operations of 188 Clubs across KSA and UAE. She Leads Revenue Generating channels through diverse services like Spa, Physiotherapy clinics, Retail and F&B. Shaden spearheaded the opening of 47 Ladies Clubs and Leejam 24 hours gym model (Xpress) now in 36 locations were she developed different aspects of the business including marketing, customer traffic sales and people practices. She is passionate about people development and big believer in the power of people to make change.
