* Accounts Payable: * Using the SAP ERP system for the effective management of the end to end Accounts Payable function responsibilities. These responsibilities include: * ∙ Handling the payments of the outgoing checks issued to vendors * ∙ Posting invoices related to certain cash transfers * ∙ Handling the payments of the outgoing cash transfers * ∙ Generating and distributing quarterly reports * ∙ Providing support to business functions as required * Letters of Guarantee: * Responsible for the examination, advising, acceptance, and amendments of the company’s Letters of Guarantees ensuring: * ∙ That the terms are clearly understandable * ∙ That the conditions of the guarantee are practical * ∙ That guarantee amendment conforms to the requirements of the company Act * ∙ The final product is accurate and has been completed within established Service Level Standards

Gathering information about the latest Business and Financial News and researches from all around the globe through the internet, then translating and providing them in an easy to understand language for the Arab community.

Contributing in the business development process by developing and implementing systems that helps the company to operate in a more efficient and organized way. The tasks also include client related tasks.

Project: Developed a fully functional Training Center Management System (TCMS) for Fujitsu Academy. The system Provides various functions such as managing courses, scheduling classes, managing students info and materials distribution. Tools: Oracle 10G (Forms Builder, Reports Builder and Enterprise Manager).
