Most enterprise AI initiatives hit a data problem before they hit a technology problem. That's been my focus for most of my career.I've spent 15 years delivering MDM solutions across banking, telecom, health insurance, and wholesale distribution, built on a broader foundation in enterprise data and analytics. The work has spanned end-to-end MDM and reference data solutions including domain modeling, matching, survivorship design, stewardship workflows, API integration patterns, and the change management that drives adoption.Much of my time has been spent helping organizations move from fragmented data to a consolidated, consistent record of their customers, products, and accounts, working hands-on and keeping business and technical teams aligned throughout.Right now, I'm building expertise where MDM and AI overlap. AI needs governed, high quality data to produce reliable results. MDM, with its matching, standardization, and stewardship challenges, is full of problems that AI is well suited to help solve.
