Supported project delivery for large-scale residential, educational, and hospitality developments including Al Wathba Desert Resort (Marriott Luxury Collection), Vida Creek Harbour Hotel, and Arcadia School across the UAE, from detailed design to construction supervision Reviewed and approved execution of LV/ELV systems (FLS, BMS, GRMS, CCTV, ICT) ensuring integration with design intent and statutory compliance. Drafted technical clarifications, early warning notices, and employer’s instructions, enabling consultants and PMCs to resolve design issues and mitigate delays. Witnessed and supervised testing, commissioning, and snagging/de-snagging activities, ensuring projects met quality standards prior to handover. Facilitated handover documentation (O&M manuals, as-builts, statutory approvals) to ensure smooth project close-out and compliance.

Executed design and site installation for MEP systems on residential and commercial developments including MARS GCC, EMERSON and Jotun Paints Factory, ensuring adherence to safety standards and client requirements.
