- Designed and developed of around 20 varietals of industrial and medical grade furniture, ranging from shelving systems to storage solutions over 3 product divisions, using a combination of sheet metal and metal profiles.​ - Reverse engineered existing products to adapt the design to sheet metal manufacturing requirements and add customer demands as features.​ - Converted and updated legacy designs to CAD models following the latest standards, using SolidWorks PDM​ - Initiated the use of FEM in the company to cut down on trial-and-error methodology and drive down the prototyping cost to streamline the product delivery to the customer.

- Studied radiation-based cancer treatment and 2 associated auxiliary treatment devices (Bolus, Lymphedema Brace) ‐ Formulated methodology to obtain 3D models of Regions of Interest from CT scans of patients via reverse modelling ‐ Modelled patient-specific devices based on patient models from CT scans and 3D printed them for testing ‐ Characterised the behaviour of 3D printed boluses basedon 3 additive manufacturing parameters ‐ Optimised the parameters to obtain 85% better results than conventional materials through statistical optimisation processes ‐ Modelled relevant lattice structures for compliance and modified the designs according to Design for AM rules using computational design tools

‐ Created two concepts for a drink dispenser, aligning with sustainability principles ‐ Performed case studies and analyses of over 20 commercial products from the sustainability POV ‐ Generated toolkits to lead sustainable design process, consolidating 7 sustainability guidelines ‐ Developed roadmaps for around 10 commercial services within the sustainability frameworks.
