Josephine worked as Head of Human Resources with Shilla Duty Free, an affiliate with Samsung Group. Jo manages and leads a team of 11 in the Human Resources and Training Department. Her team consists of 4 main sections; Learning and Development, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
