Driving HR agenda for the Istanbul Team Valeo Employee Services Admin. within Workday digitization project

• Being responsible of the execution of end-to-end operations for all HR functions such as recruitment, performance & career management, terminations, onboarding, talent development, compensation & benefit, • Leads the deployment of all HR processes (including SDP/IDP, salary review, annual appraisal campaigns, training plan, people reviews and internal mobility) with the support from CoEs, • Conduct the Employee Engagement Axe (Valeo Culture) and Internal Communication actions, • Ensure proper deployment and application of HR policies and procedures, • Assess the work ambiance and the motivation factors for the teams, elaborate the action plan linked to the Employee Feedback survey results and support its deployment, • Keep relevant HR systems up to date, preparing periodic and ad hoc reports as needed, • Payroll Management, Budget & MTP Management, Reward (Bonus) Implementation • Representing the HR in internal and external audits, • Manage facility and medical services considering the well-being at work strategy, • HR partnership for employees and managers to create a positive social climate, reinforcing employees’ engagement and avoiding legal risks/disputes

• Acting as a primary connection between HR and employees on core human resources processes as well as managing change and supporting a positive work environment • Executing the recruitment process and orientation process to support the company’s initiatives and providing high quality coaching to new comers for gaining the best employment experience • Executing the leaving procedure and combining exit interviews • Organizing and planning all training related activities within the company • Facilitating career management and performance management processes • Ensuring validity of personal HR data, maternity/sick leave etc. • Conducting and monitoring the payroll process • Providing support for the annual compensation review and bonus process, the salary survey submissions and market analysis, (under consultancy of Mercer) • Pulling well together with regional and global HR teams in order to put in practice the new HR projects • Holding internal communication activities • Responsible of employee motivation survey runs annually and action planning • Working closely with universities and planning career activities with the related clubs • Co – lead with HSE Manager the health, safety and working conditions

• Supporting the recruitment unit in all aspects of research & selection • Supporting performance management process • Ensuring that employee database was updated accurately with new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations • Planning internal communication and motivation activities
