•Implement innovative projects to improve and make the all processes in the operation more efficient •Contributing the development of the budget management process by preparing, consoling, and monitoring and controlling annual budget plans. •Collecting weekly forecasts for each operation from the operations manager and preparing P&L report at the beginning of every week •To determine the deviations between budget and actual reported value by making budget comparison and to participate in analysis and reporting process. To reduce these deviations to perform various action plans if necessary. •Supporting the financial reporting process on a monthly basis.

•Involving in the installation band improvement project that is available at the Washing Machine Business. •Examining the main line to provide supply/demand balance •Creating Assembly Line Balancing to maximize efficiency by reducing the human power and transition to automation. •Trying to reduce idle periods and waiting times and reduce the number of working stations •Analyzing the the number of work stations required by reducing the idle times and waiting time.

•Observation-oriented volunteer internship to understand how the manufacturing plant works. •Time study method is used to examine an activity in terms of economy and effectiveness. •Defining the process by separating the items in the work, measuring the completion times for each item
