In my role within the Data Governance Service, where I enhanced data management practices through strong analytical skills. My responsibilities included developing and maintaining data dictionaries to ensure consistency and accuracy across various datasets. I created detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders, supporting critical decision-making processes. Key Contributions: Collaborated with the data governance team to improve legal storage, classification, and manipulation of data, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. Conducted analyses to identify patterns in data, aiding compliance with standards and enhancing overall data management practices. Presented complex datasets to the Data Protection Committee, translating technical data into actionable insights for better governance. Developed and maintained a comprehensive data inventory, tracking over 20,000 data types and improving data accessibility. Implemented and managed COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) processes to enhance IT governance and management. Redesigned six processes for inter-unit data sharing and evaluation, which are now utilized bank-wide, facilitating smoother collaboration. Managed and resolved over 1,000 customer cases related to data storage compliance, ensuring adherence to KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards. Conducted activities related to data privacy, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information while preparing data-driven presentations for management to effectively communicate analytical findings.

In my role at the bank's foreign customer branch, I had the opportunity to work with international clients, enhancing my understanding of diverse financial needs and cultural perspectives. I supported various banking tasks, including facilitating account openings, promoting investment products, and assisting with credit card sales. My responsibilities required a keen analytical mindset to assess customer requirements and tailor financial solutions accordingly. I developed my ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights that drove customer engagement and satisfaction. Key Achievements: Successfully managed 30% of the total workload, demonstrating strong work discipline and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Provided valuable insights on investment products, particularly focusing on funds, which empowered customers to make informed financial decisions. Assisted in streamlining processes that improved operational efficiency and reduced customer wait times, contributing to a better overall customer experience. Through this experience, I honed my analytical skills and learned the importance of data-driven decision-making in the banking sector.

During my time studying under Dr. Serra Çelik, I gained valuable knowledge about data science and machine learning algorithms. My experience with these tools allowed me to successfully cluster over 2,000 columns of data and analyze the results using data visualization techniques. Additionally, I was able to apply my skills in a practical setting by creating a tweet scraping project using cutting-edge technology.

As an experienced tax accountant, I have developed a deep understanding of tax laws, regulations, and procedures. I have experience in a variety of tax-related areas, including tax planning, compliance, and audit defense. My expertise covers different tax issues, and I have worked with clients across various industries. In my role as a tax accountant, I have prepared and filed tax returns, identified and addressed tax issues, and provided tax advice to clients. I have also helped clients optimize their tax strategies to minimize their tax liabilities while remaining compliant with applicable regulations. In addition to my technical skills, I am an effective communicator and problem-solver, with a strong attention to detail. I am able to work independently or as part of a team, and I am committed to delivering high-quality work that meets the needs of my clients.

As an experienced content creator, I possess a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, which I use to craft top-quality written content to help students excel in their studies. With my proficiency in SEO and content creation, I have been able to produce articles that have received over 10,000 reads within just two weeks, demonstrating my ability to create engaging and informative content.
