• Report to the general manager for the management of finance & accounting departments. (1 accounting manager, 1 accounting specialist, 1 trade receivable collector, 1 accounting specialist assistant, 1 finance and controlling specialist: total 5 people) • Direct report to General Manager and regional CFO and dotted line to the group accounting manager at the headquarter. • Preparetion of the consolidated financial reporting of Head Office and Free Zone Branch according to Turkish local GAAP and IAS. • Consolidation of the Head Office and Free Trade Zone Branch Office. • Managing the process for the closing of the statutory financials. • Tax planning, transfer pricing, risk management • Preparation of Transfer Pricing Reports • Preparation of Operation Reports required by New Turkish Commercial Code • Reponsibility for relationships with banks and group’s treasury department to ensure correct treasury management and cash availability for the necessities of the business. • Managing the budget process and preparation of the budget. • SAP project leader for the following modules: finance & accounting with IAS reporting(FI), stock management (MM), profit analysis (CO-PO), sales and distribution (SD) • Approving procurements forms interms of budget targets. • Direct connect with internal audit, tax and independant audit teams.

• Support general manager for the growth, operational and capital efficiency and risks of the company, • Report to the general manager for the management of finance & accounting, customer services and logistics, • Support to the general manager at the meetings with the board of directors, regional management such as monthly business reviews and budget agreement meetings. • Direct report to the regional CFO and group accounting manager at the headquarter. • Support to the country sales manager and marketing manager at pricing strategy in order to protect efficient gross margin and sales turnover based on company budget. • Cash flow management • Support to the country sales manager and marketing manager during the budget process. • Supervise the logistic & customer support manager interms of payment & delivery commercial terms at sales contract and proforma invoices. • Supervise the logistic & customer support manager for the commercial and delivery terms of the turnkey projects during the logistic operation • SAP project leader for the following modules: finance & accounting with IAS reporting(FI), stock management (MM), profit analysis (CO-PO), sales and distribution (SD) • Direct connect with internal audit, tax and independant audit teams. • Management of internal and external IT issues • Trainer for financial topics needed for sales & service teams.

• Work together with and coach the management team to ensure best possible financial performance of the company. • Responsibility for the consolidated financial reporting of Head Office and Free Zone Branch according to Turkish local GAAP and IAS. • Management of accounting department. • Temporary reporting based on USGAAP and HGB based on group accounting guideline. • Reponsibility for timely reporting and analysis of the financial performance of the company (Profit / Loss / Balance Sheet Reporting, Statement of Account, Risk Assessment Report, Commentary Report, Performance Measurement Report) • Responsibility for inventory and trade receivables control. • Coordinating the company planning process for forecasts, budgets, targets and responsibility for the financial planning process. • Cooperating with the international audit company. • Contact with the banks for cash management. • Controlling of pricing interms of gross margin, payment & delivery terms to the customer. • Controlling of import and export operations. • Change of company’s accounting system from ETA to LOGO TIGER. • Support IT functions.

• Report to the commercial manager for two weeks and after leaving commercial manager report to the general amanger • Build up IAS and USGAAP structure based on group guideline. • Temporary reporting based HGB. • Develop internal reporting structure such as expense report, payment and receivable status report, inventory report.... • Preparing other monthly reports such as Risk Assessment Report, Commentary Report, Performance Measurement Report. • Management of accounting department. • Making monthly reconciliations with group companies.
