Responsible for leading the Bank's portfolio to support infrastructure and large corporates transactions by mobilizing capital from local and foreign partners.

Responsible for leading the implementation of the TFSC Program in Nigeria, which comprises a EUR100m line of credit to fund climate mitigation and adaptation projects and a EUR2.5m grant through the Bank of Industry. TFSC is funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and Agence française de développement (AFD) in 17 African and Latin American countries.

Responsibilities covered the development & implementation of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and programs to minimize the impact of cyber incidents on business operations, including ongoing monitoring and compliance with data protection/privacy regulations, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.

Led the setup and operationalization of 15 tech hubs at universities and locations across 10 states in Nigeria, under the Bank's CSR program to support and scale startups and youth entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Nigeria.

Responsibilities covered analysis/synthesis of strategic objectives and inputs into major transactions and policy outputs made or decided by the Chief Executive of the Bank of Industry

Prepared deal pitches on investment banking and financial advisory transaction opportunities, and led the execution team.

Broad responsibilities included business development and project implementations for several m-payment and e-payment initiatives for ongoing concerns and start-ups, as well as financial and transaction advisory services for clients seeking to raise offshore and local funds to execute projects.

Head of Portfolio responsible for growth and innovation of payments and internet banking products for the bank. Led the successful delivery of several tech/payments projects for the bank in mobile money, remittance, and internet banking.

Led the setup of the group's mobile money subsidiary as the pioneer CEO. Led the delivery of e-payment projects for the public sector.

Developed concept paper and led key presentations/proposals for consumer finance scheme partnership with banks, insurers, Nigeria Federal Government (through the Federal Ministries of Finance and Commerce & Industry), etc, and signed participation agreements. In addition, also developed 5-Year financial forecasts and made presentations to potential debt and equity investors.

Set up the Nigerian business arm of the South African vehicle tracking firm. To get this done, business plan, financial models and investment memo to potential investors were developed. All foundation staff were recruited and trained, in addition to corporate and operational structures that were designed and implemented to enable the successful take-off of business activities.

Developed financial models and investment indices for oil & gas project, real estate medium scale housing estate, and IPP gas power plants, as part of business development and proposals to clients

Overall Project Manager responsible for the delivery of an electronic card scheme including the design and launch of the business, operational and corporate structures required to operate the scheme

Handled several project responsibilities which included - Lead Process & Strategy Consultant on a Central Bank business transformation program, Lead Consultant on a Credit Solution Deployment project for a large banking group, Analyst on Core Banking Solution Implementation for many banks, and many other key project roles
