In my position as a project accountant at Vangent Limited, I was responsible for tracking, analysing and reporting on all cost, and revenue at the project level according to the contract agreement. I provided accurate project information like spend to date, percentage of completion reports, expected finish dates; I also kept tab on resource allocation and performed productivity report on resource efforts.The project accountant role extended from ensuring cost and revenue is coded to the right projects by the booking team, liasing with delivery and project managers to reporting to senior management. In this role I also conducted the month end process including release of prepayments and accruals, balance sheet reconciliation and production of MI packs. I was also involved in the Annual Statutory accounts and Quarterly VAT returns, while also been in charge of the Asset Register of the company. I was the contact person for both the Sox and statutory audits on revenue recognition.

* ACHIEVEMENTS * Development of process to facilitate resource allocation. * Development of template and process to enable monitoring of resource adherence to shift pattern * In-put to the process of measuring KPIs. * RESPONSIBILITIES * Support in the delivery of intraday resource scheduling, for the defined customer contact type(s), to ensure the delivery of optimum shift patterns and agent profiles/skill sets to meet call demand. * Complete any impact analysis, through the use of scenario modeling, from a workforce scheduling perspective of any planned changes or campaigns/initiatives agreed. * Provide analysis and liaise with the MI Reporting Analyst to support the identification of risks, dependencies and solutions, where applicable. * Work with Team Managers to develop and provide relevant and timely information and analysis to assist in the management of staff performance. * Help identify trends in call centre performance and identity areas of improvement as well as highlight any potential issues with current practices or procedures.

* Taking inbound calls and emails from customers and answering all billing and administration queries. * Ensure that requests for assistance are accurately logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner, according to agreed standards and procedures * Assist the company measure customer satisfaction.
