I was required to resolve incoming queries from debit card customers. My enthusiasm and eagerness to learn helped promote an active approach to change. My versatile skills enabled me to manage both customer care and dispute calls. The developed problem solving skills permitted me to resolve customer complaints to an adequate status. My initiative and problem solving techniques to strive for success enabled me to deliver excellent customer service to ensure the great relationship with customers was maintained.

As an intern within ITS Services, I was assigned the role to support the Business System analyst team in carrying out various tasks which enabled me to attain valuable transferable skills. Project executed included:  Mapping current business process for creating student bank letters, council taxes and certification of enrollment in order to transferring everything electronically.  Analytic observation and assessment of current IT systems, refurbishing of printing services in order to deliver a more effective and efficient service to end users.  Coordinating collection of data, with a sample size of 1000 students, to provide a structure to implement and modernise Coventry University student portal using Microsoft SharePoint application platform for prominent student experience.
