StyleHaul is YouTube’s largest fashion/beauty network and a leading multi-platform marketing solution for global fashion and beauty brands. The company was early stage/vc-backed. I partner with the CEO in raising capital, scaling the company and putting it on path to profitability. I led Finance, Accounting and Human Resources; assumed the COO role soon after hire.

CityGrid is a local ad network comprised of 5 distinct businesses with 400 employees and $100+ million in revenue. I was initially responsible for accounting, finance, billing and collections and later assumed responsibility for customer service, sales, and sales operations.

I was recruited for the newly created Emerging Business segment of this Fortune 500 global media and Internet company. Responsible for budgeting, accounting, forecasting and reporting across 15+ businesses at various growth stages; partnered across the multiple business units to support the growth and build sound operational infrastructures.

As the Director of Finance, I managed financial planning, analysis and accounting for this $100 million online operation. I reported directly to the divisional CFO and led the seamless integration of finance and accounting following the acquisition of a new business. I served as a key member of the small team that developed and launched a first-of-its-kind subscription product, Times Select, quickly establishing a multimillion-dollar revenue stream.

Recruited back to News Corporation after the acquisition of DirecTV. I built the DirecTV Latin American corporate accounting team from the ground up and transitioned the corporate function from Florida to New York. I was responsible for monthly close, corporate consolidation, reporting and internal controls across the region (Big 5 - Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Columbia and Venezuela).
