I spent nearly three years at Silverhawk Aviation Academy, where I was involved in overhauling Robinson helicopters. My role was not only about making sure every aircraft was up to FAA standards, but ensuring the aircraft I delivered to the maintenance team withstood the extreme amount of flight hours required of Silverhawk's fleet. Highlights: -Conducted overhauls by disassembling, inspecting, and replacing aircraft systems and components, following strict FAA regulations and manufacturer manuals. -Performed sheet metal repairs -Assisted with routine maintenance on 16 rotor-wing aircraft, including 100-hour inspections and troubleshooting various systems.

At Coulson Aviation, I had the opportunity to work on Boeing CH-47 helicopters, primarily for aerial firefighting operations. My day-to-day included inspections, repairs, flight operations, and keeping everything in top shape to ensure safe and efficient operations. Highlights: -Installed and tested Coulson's newly designed water tank system -Handled field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs using Boeing maintenance manuals. -Created a parts organization database that improved our team's daily productivity. -Performed structural and sheet metal repairs. -Worked closely with the maintenance and flight crew to ensure we met FAA regulations and kept firefighting operations running smoothly.

Maintained and repaired a fleet of Robinson R22’s, R44’s and R66 helicopters and Cessna 172’s. This includes 100-hour inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul maintenance in a hangar environment.
