My career spans power electronics, battery systems, and electrified propulsion, with a strong track record of translating deep technical innovation into commercially successful, high‑volume products across the consumer electronics and vehicle electrification sectors.I began my career in motorsport with the Williams Formula One team, where performance, speed of development, and reliability were paramount. I later spent more than two decades at Dyson, helping to pioneer next‑generation motor and battery technologies and contributing to the growth of world‑class engineering capability within a highly innovative, fast‑moving organisation.Currently, I focus on sustainable solutions for electrified transport at Turntide Technologies, where I lead the development and delivery of lithium‑ion product technology from early concept through industrialisation, mass production, and lifecycle support.
