Seth Thorson has specialized in the service and repair of European automobiles since 1999. After graduating at the top of his class from Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Chicago and completing the prestigious BMW STEP program, he honed his skills at BMW dealerships and independent shops in Michigan before purchasing Eurotech in his home state of Minnesota. Today, as President of Eurotech Auto Service, Seth oversees five state-of-the-art locations across New Brighton, Woodbury, Burnsville, Medina (MN) and Eau Claire (WI). He leads a team of highly trained technicians specializing in BMW, Mercedes‑Benz, Audi and other European marques, and is committed to delivering factory‑quality diagnostics, coding and repair. Beyond running Eurotech, Seth founded LMV Bavarian which is now German Car Support, a technical support and training company that provides programming and diagnostic assistance to more than 200 shops nationwide. He teaches national seminars on European diagnostics and participates in industry groups such as AASP, BIMRS and NASTEF. Seth believes in the power of specialization, continuous training and community involvement to advance the automotive service industry. When he is not in the shop or training, you’ll find him snowmobile racing, hunting or enjoying outdoor sports.
