Maintaining all responsibilities below with a focus in Mechanical, Process, Architectural, Fire Protection, and specialized equipment scopes of work. Paramilitary responsible for supporting and managing Mechanical, Process, Fire Protection, Clean Rooms, Data Centers, Cold Room Storage, Interior Fit Out, Core and Shell, and all associated equipment scopes of work at a green field pharmaceutical construction site. Responsible for writing and maintaining scopes of work, design development, coordination across all cross functional teams, invoicing, budgeting, cost, schedule development and planning of work.

Engineer supporting Mechanical, Process, Fire Protection, Clean Rooms, Data Centers, Cold Room Storage, Interior Fit Out, Core and Shell, and associated equipment scopes of work at a $560m green field site Responsible for writing and maintaining scopes of work, design development, coordination across all cross functional teams, invoicing, budgeting, cost, schedule development and planning of work.

• Construction management division supporting capitol construction project efforts at Merck Pharmaceuticals in West Point PA • Develop and maintain written project scopes of work and communication of this information to project team. • Supports the project in the procurement and coordination of all required project resources, including intra-divisional, interdivisional, and extra corporate. • Prepares subcontracts, purchase order, change control documentation. and related financial documentation. • Develops and maintains project schedules, including targeted and actual activities lists, durations, sequencing logic, and communicate the information to the project team. • Showcases a working knowledge of the project budget and identifies exposures to the project budget throughout execution of the project.

• Operations PM that oversaw the design, development, and manufacturing of Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drives, Switchgear, Heat Exchangers, and Large Induction Motors. • Project load was between 15-25 different projects at an average of $125,000.00 per project while being the main point of contact between Siemens Industry and the customer. • Oversaw the design, development, material sourcing, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of the equipment. • Handled all commercial and technical transmittals as well as performing several cross-functional meetings between the project teams and the customer. • Sole responsibility for project margin performance, delivery reliability, and aligning field service work for all projects.
