With over 24 years of experience in the energy industry and construction, I’ve gained extensive insights into power system network planning, designs, and supply quality across the electricity value chain. As a director at one of Namibia’s largest engineering consulting firms, I contribute my expertise and knowledge to a variety of highly technical projects. I also provide guidance to clients on emerging technologies, including renewable energy, and help them navigate the evolving market rules. Additionally, I prioritize diligent client service and foster growth, motivation, and inspiration among my team members. Beyond engineering, my interests extend to investments and corporate governance. During my free time, I enjoy moments with my family, reading, and allowing myself to dream.
