- Being responsible of investments (&technical purchase issues) of all plants located in different parts of country (5 plants totally). - Manage local capital expenditure (CAPEX) within the defined budget in line with the business plan, and ensure to complete projects in accordance to schedules, budget and quality - Procurement (externally and internally) specialty chemicals of the plants. - Responsible for contacting and developing local suppliers, negotiating and determining suppliers with the best price and reliable quality. - Continuously research alternative sources, materials, and suppliers to drive innovation and improvement. - Measure, analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement. - Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Preparing and presenting regular management reports. - Being responsible of coordination of Natural Wood Rosin Production Plant (New investment).

- Manages, monitors and controls all processes of factory production / operation (pressurized gas and liquid chemical filling operations, production facilities, maintenance management, dispatch/warehouse operations and third-party logistics companies’ management, quality systems management, managing all HSE and environment activities, yearly contracts management with all suppliers, construction facilities all over the plant, leading investment projects) - Establishing and monitoring overall plant performance for production and quality standards - Efficiently developing and utilizing people, equipment, materials, utilities and budget to meet company requirements for safety, environment, quality, labor - Comply with and sustain occupational health and safety, environment with relevant legislation, REACH, ADR, SEVESO regulations and company requirements - Executes technical responsibility and representation of the company in all technical aspects as well as in Supply Chain & Finance & HR Management & Quality Management - Delivers KPI’s in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through execution of key projects, programs, loss reduction - Carrying out the necessary tasks before and after inspections, taking the necessary action plans, realizing sustainability, and ensuring performance of the necessary inspections - Ensuring constant communication with the regulatory authorities and representing the company before institutions, ensuring that the necessary actions are taken for the work to be performed - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that production / filling / discharging lines are effectively maintained, production output maximized, enhance workflow to optimize resource utilization - Manage local capital expenditure (CAPEX) within the defined budget in line with the business plan, and ensure to complete projects in accordance to schedules, budget and quality

- Being responsible of 6 box plants in different locations of Turkey, machine upgrading, benchmarking, new projects, etc. - Follow up the maintenance budget, managing the monthly machine maintenance programs - Manage local capital expenditure (CAPEX) within the defined budget in line with the business plan, and ensure to complete projects in accordance to schedules, budget and quality - Process improvement studies, following the trials over the plants - Work&Time Study, SMED Application, other lean production techniques, increasing the productivity of the machines (training of both blue&white collars) - Define and manage improvement projects in the local plant and develop the benchmark for processes within a define scope - Analyze the critical parameters of the production process, propose and implement modifications which have a positive impact on stability of process and product properties in order to decrease customer claims and waste - Establish within the division a know-how database of all technical evaluations related to the current technology and propose the use of new technologies - Be functionally responsible for breakdowns and executing preventive, predictive and maintenance activities for all equipment, machinery, tools and facilities - Being part of the release team of new products or processes in production and drive integration of new technologies into equipment designs/upgrades - Supporting and improving the manufacturability and quality of existing and new products and lead the process designs of the new transitions on site - Determining and managing the routings and standard times of the existing as well as the new products

- Being responsible of all stage of ship /tanker operations (berthing, discharging & loading of bulk liquid chemicals / petrochemicals). - Carrying out the required shore side preparations / procedure before / after the ship operations. - Whole management of the terminal/site (storage, handling, transfer operations, stock control of the storage tanks) in the shifts. -Quantity determination and quality control facilities, coordination between the operation, laboratory and dispatching.

-Control and simulation of existing and ongoing projects - Getting contact with the companies which are the vendors of packing material and internals for absorption columns of existing air seperation plant, evaluation of the quotations for materials and purschase of them. - Revamping studies of equipments of the existing plants (air seperation plant, CO2 production plant - from flue gas) - New air seperation plant design (future project), evaluation of different operation cases and optimization.
