• Management of all supply chain activities according to company targets & policies, quality systems (including training of the team members as well). • Creating / Improving all kind of processes based on KPI’s related with purchasing, logistics, planning, stock management, material management, customer shipments etc. • Preparation and management of the procurement budget. • Improvement & optimization in SAP (Material Management). • Optimizing the Procurement Cycle Time with a Tracking System of Supplying Duration based on KPI’s. • Feeding the strategical purchasing with data of a Tracking System based on commodity index, raw material index and unit price follow-up. • Enabling traceability and realizing necessary optimization of all logistic costs (transport, customs, import and export). • Enabling traceability in supplier performance based on supplier evaluation and supplier auditing systems. • Building up and optimizing a direct input (raw material) and subcontractor follow-up system. • Cost optimizing based on localization projects and international projects.
