I work as an Engineering Manager in HW+SW test systems for production, mainly in regulated and fast-changing industrial environments.I specialize in bringing structure, visibility and control into engineering teams operating under changing priorities, production pressure and evolving products.Over the years, I’ve helped teams move from reactive and fragmented ways of working to more predictable and aligned execution, especially in hardware environments where applying agile practices is far from straightforward.My focus is not only defining processes, but making them actually work in day-to-day engineering. This includes facilitating adoption, aligning resistant stakeholders and helping teams gain real ownership and visibility over their work.I also integrate coaching and continuous feedback into technical leadership to help engineers improve communication, decision-making and accountability in practical ways.More recently, my scope has expanded towards industrialization and DFX-related activities connected to product readiness and manufacturability.My background includes hands-on electronic design and prototyping across medical devices and IoT products, always close to real production constraints.
