In my role as Exclusive Distributor for Texas, I spearheaded sales and marketing initiatives while managing logistics and finances. I utilized my expertise in sports management, particularly in Padel, as well as my knowledge in commercial construction to drive promotions and enhance brand presence. My leadership and people skills were pivotal in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.

As Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and CEO of Houston Volts, I led team operations and financial strategies while building partnerships with leading brands and top world-ranked players. My focus on nurturing young talent has laid the groundwork for a competitive roster for the 2026 season, ensuring our team's growth and success in the league (Pro Padel League)/ industry.

I have successfully led Nuarc Construction in delivering high-quality outdoor construction projects. • Oversaw the design and construction of at least 300 pools and outdoor spaces, enhancing client satisfaction. • Built several commercial + residential projects, including two restaurants, three retail spaces, seven office complexes, and more than 180 homes remodeled. • Developed leadership skills through managing diverse teams and coordinating project efforts, while supervising complete construction processes. • Specializing in contemporary architecture and design trends, ensuring competitive offerings to high-end clients.

As President of the United States Padel Association, I provided strategic leadership and oversight of governance, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. I led a 6-member board of directors, nationally, facilitating board meetings, guiding policy development, and promoting an inclusive culture, all while the world was going through a Pandemic. I served as the primary ambassador to external stakeholders, including all other Padel Federations worldwide. I supported FIP's governance and aligned with the sport internationally. More specifically, in chronological order, I; Aug20 - Became "Vocal Comision Continental Americana" at FIP. Dec20 - Sent Team USA to Cupra FIP Finals 2020 in Sardinia, Italy. Mar21 - Team USA attended the Sudamericano Amateur Libres y Senior in Asuncion, Paraguay. Apr21 - Negotiations with FIP done for II Seniors World Padel Championship, in Las Vegas, NV. Obtained titled sponsor Electrolite & other sponsors, signed agreement w/ Cesar's Entertainment as the official hotel. May21 - Organized, operated, and hosted the first international FIP Rise tournament. May21 - Signed agreement for the new association's rating system (Today Red Padel). Jun21 - Inaugurated the first 4 padel courts at the National Campus (USTA) in Orlando, FL. Ago21 - Team USA attended the IV Panamericano Absoluto de Padel in Tijuana, Mexico. Sep21 - Team USA Jr attended the XIII Junior Padel World Championship in Torreon, Mexico. Nov21 - Team USA attended XV World Padel Championship in Doha, Qatar. Among other achievements, we increased membership to more than 1,000 members; promoted and supervised dozens of national tournaments. Opened new bank account; created new associations' bylaws; increased Instagram followers; created US Jr Team account; obtained partnerships and sponsors w/ Cartri, Wilson, Chosen Foods + others; all players flew at no cost to int. tournaments; coaches obtained economical remuneration for their services at int. tournaments.
