My role focuses on process optimization, quality consistency, and ensuring full compliance with safety standards across all manufacturing activities.I manage a team of skilled production chemists, driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. Additionally, I played a key role in the successful relocation of our company — first from Saudi Arabia to the United Kingdom, and subsequently from Southampton to Oxford — establishing our new facilities and ensuring a smooth operational transition.
