Design, manufacturing and characterization of semiconductor laser: band engineering of III-V materials, clean room fabrication and opto-electrical characterization, for EML and DFB. Support for fabless companies for design and manufacturing of semiconductor lasers for PIC industry (flip chip, smart printing, LiDAR), turn into reality PIC components! Clean room tools: optical and electron beam lithography, wet and dry etching, AFM/SEM, metalization, oxyde deposit.
