* Scope: 3 Production sites / Management direct. * Act to reduce the group accident frequency rate from 4 to 1,2. * Impruve the group HSE management process (Safety Golden Rules and audit tools). * Implement a Quality & Safety critical issues alert system (accidents and critical near miss) * Create and improve the group HSE management process (reporting; audit tools…) * Lead the Group HSE system conformity program ( agreement with Bureau Veritas)

* Seting and monitoring objectives ensuring achievement or steering changes to ensure positive outcomes. * Designing and formulates the risk assessment system to identify Drilling risks and set up preventive measures to provide a safe working environment. * Conducting daily checks on sites or location where employees are engaged at work as per the checklist and evaluate the performance of HSE and thereby performing periodic audits on documentation content. * Prepareing a training schedule and properly documents the classes and its participants including the site of the training and complies with the Learning and Development section. * Maintaining records of all incidents and accidents and completes the incident reports and provide an analysis with recommendations for improvements. * Designing a system to manage and performs checks or audits on machinery to ensue that it is functioning properly. * Ensuring that monthly training sessions with site supervisors and foremen on health and safety policies and enforcement are conducted.

Representative of the senior management of the company for the planning, execution, implementation and maintenance process of the "Integrated Management System" of HSE, based on ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, applicable legal requirements of Environmental Management System. Environmental Management Department of the company, involving environmental management with legal compliance and other measures.

Leadin in legal and HSE monitoring and fulfillment on board during the development of oil and gas proyects. Responsable for legal and environmental compliance and attainment of documentary supports HSE .Management relationship government authoritiesand partners . Key player on board in a contingency management/response. Training and securing the client HSE Policy in all contractors.

I am still responsible for review/ implementation, training & enforcement of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for ECOPETROL SA oil an Gas sector. Activities to be included but are not limited to risk identification and management, Inspections, Corrective Actions, Management of Change, incident reporting and investigation, BBP, contractor orientation, pollution prevention and control. I am involved in various compliance activities and implementation of various aspects of management systems in all areas of HSE. Provide varying levels of customer service and support to each of these groups through personnel development, and process improvement. Working closely with our people is what I like best!
