• Technical lead for a SAR 50M project using Ultra Filtration (UF) technology to concentrate the surplus skim milk (SM) to replace imported dairy protein powders in processed cream cheeses, cheese triangles, cheese tins, and GDL white cheeses Feta type saving more than 100M liters of surplus SM with over SAR120M net savings, and with increase sales in around 8% annually. • Technical lead for the most innovative and successful new business project in the last 10 years for Almarai: the industrial fresh hummus, and I have 3 patents with my name, owned by Almarai, for the recipe preparation, processing and filling process of it. • Technical leader for NPD for Culinary products for TT, MT and OOH improving the quality and reducing the costs for white Feta Cheeses, Butters, and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. • Instills trust for the R&D team members, develops talents, collaborates, influences, and persuades.
