Started as Supply Coordinator for the full Pharma portfolio for Italy, providing end-to-end support to the local affiliate. Responsibilities included monitoring deliveries, mitigating supply risks, managing inventory between warehouses, and proactively communicating potential out-of-stock situations to ensure continuity of supply. Subsequently promoted to Supply Chain Manager, overseeing the Non-hormonal High Volume portfolio for multiple countries: Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Turkey, and MIDA (Middle Africa). Managed the supply flow from production sites to affiliates, working closely with production planners in different manufacturing plants to ensure optimal delivery performance while avoiding both stockouts and overstocks. Responsible for creating deliveries from factory to country, and maintaining direct communication with each country’s business partner to align supply with market needs. Ensuring the execution of changes by assessing regulatory requirements, defining implementation strategy and workflow, assigning work packages to functions and scheduling due dates. Adaption of implementation strategy, prioritization of work and escalation in case of deviations during the change execution. Check master data maintenance including consistent planning parameters for replenishment processes.

Worked as Packaging Supply Planner and Buyer, responsible for the procurement of raw materials and packaging solutions. Coordinated with suppliers and managed purchasing activities to ensure cost efficiency and service reliability. Participated in a tender process with the five leading cardboard companies in Spain, collaborating with the procurement department to negotiate pricing and secure the best commercial terms. In parallel, acted as Production Planner, overseeing production scheduling for key international clients, aligning demand forecasts with capacity and resources to guarantee on-time delivery.

Management and coordination of international road transportation, working with various carriers to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization. Responsible for organizing loads as well as coordinating with warehouses to guarantee the proper dispatch of finished products.
