Acquisition company focused on acquiring businesses in the infrastructure space in India. Led drafting and approval of S-1 with the SEC, and was part of team negotiating terms of relationship with I-Banks.

Led the organizational and operational restructuring of a $150M division of a national health care organization. Managed the financial and operational planning and execution of the restructuring through the implementation of a proprietary web-based platform. New structure resulted in $8M contribution to earnings through personnel, physical infrastructure and attendant expense reduction, including the reduction of the invoicing location footprint from eighty locations to one. New model provided real-time management reporting and business metrics, improved service delivery and better quality invoicing.

Led the entity restructuring of a $2B fiduciary services organization, resulting in a parent holding company, subsidiary national trust bank and family of proprietary mutual funds, requiring management of the regulatory approval process through the SEC, OCC and IRS. Resulting legal and organizational structure allowed for an expansion of institutional and private investor base.
