Serena Huang

For my Capstone project as part of the Master of Data Science - Computational Linguistics, I utilized unsupervised machine learning and natural language processing techniques to perform topic modelling and create visualizations for over 7000 pieces of multilingual customer feedback. I helped to develop a pipeline to automate the understanding of customer concerns for Unbounce's subscription services and communicated results to a cross-functional team of stakeholders.

I acted as the first point of contact between attendees and the TED conference, welcoming attendees and maintaining professionalism when interacting with high-profile attendees. I provided efficient service in answering questions, giving directions, and explaining event operations. Additionally, I assisted in the preparation of staff and attendee badges with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
