My Responsibilities: • Resolved server and system issues, ensuring optimal performance and infrastructure reliability. • Managed some firewall settings, applied web filtering, applied application control, set MAC-based access permissions, reserved IPs, and handled VPN user accounts. • Performed Active Directory management, created user accounts, reset passwords, and configured Group Policies. • Managed Office 365 accounts, set up mailboxes, mail groups, email forwarding, and shared mailbox conversions. • Handled server rooms maintenance, monitored performance, and ensured security for antivirus, DLP, backups, and IP cameras. • Provided end-user support, quickly resolving software, hardware, and network issues. • Managed file server access, configured permissions, and restored deleted files from backups. • Managed ESET antivirus panels to ensure device security and protection from threats. • Managed Safetica DLP systems to enhance data security and protect sensitive information. • Installed and configured IP cameras and NVR systems for seamless integration with monitoring software. • Configured printers, installed drivers, and set up scanning/email forwarding features. • Installed operating systems on new computers, prepared them for use, and reformatted devices when needed.

Through the 240-hour MCSE - System Specialist Training provided by Fırat Boyan, I had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of critical technologies such as Windows Server 2022, MS Exchange Server 2019, and Active Directory. The training covered topics such as Network Configuration, Server Management, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, High Availability (Failover Clustering), NTFS, FSRM (File Server Resource Manager), RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), Profile Types, AD Trust, and Sites & Replications. I was able to reinforce the theoretical knowledge gained in this training with real-world applications, both in the course's lab environment and during my internship.

I made an undergraduate transfer to computer engineering.
