Serap, who works as a professional coach, also provides learning& development consultancy by building strategies and learning programs. With over 18 years of experience, she has served in Human Resources positions at large-scale local and foreign companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Turkcell, Nutricia Medical Nutrition Products, and Danone, and has led many projects in areas of Performance Management, Training & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Change & Transformation, and Culture. She built so many projects in these areas awarded by international platforms. Most recently, she led the local project management of the global organizational change project of the company she worked for, and worked as a transformation and organizational change project management office leader. Serap was introduced to coaching in 2009, continues her professional career as a professional coach with over 450 hours of coaching training programs covering different coaching approaches. In 2009, she completed the coaching program of Erickson Coaching International, and subsequently completed the Basic Program of Organizational Relationships and Systems Coaching (ORSC), Executive and Leadership Coaching, Leadership Development Coaching, Gestalt Individual Development Program, and Gestalt Team Coaching programs. Finally, she participated in the Co-Active Coaching Program and successfully completed the internationally recognized Co-Active Professional Coaching Certified (CPCC) learning process as a Co-Active community member. She is also working as community member at the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Turkey Chapter. She has also become a Points of You Practitioner in 2019 and integrates these practices into her work. Serap, who has made it her goal to share her knowledge and skills through volunteering, serves as a coach and mentor in many different projects as a volunteer. She particularly works with young leaders who are at the beginning of their careers on a voluntary basis.
