Fulfilment management for this business selling through Amazon. In this position I oversee fulfilment preparation, packaging and export for ecommerce sales. Team organization is a key factor of this position as multiple similar products need to be sorted and submitted into inventory in order to successfully deploy merchandise to customers. Key relationships built in communication with local USPS, UPS, and FEDEX support the success of this ecommerce business.

During my time at the Academy of Art in Stuttgart, Germany, we were tasked with preparing and displaying artworks for the final semester closing exhibition. Throughout the semester, I collaborated with fellow students as well as professors in order to successfully complete my project as well as prepare not only myself but my classmates for the show.

Another major promotion, this position took me from retail to corporate work. In this position I was tasked with allocating projects to multiple resources in order to fulfill requirements requested by our customers. By maintaining communication with large scale manufacturing companies such as ADI and Acromile, my position at Manufacturing Resources allowed me to expand my communication and organization skills.

A promotion from beauty supply sales, this management position brought on the challenge of sales in luxury retail. During my time with Luxottica, sales for sunglasses stayed consistent regardless of the constant Issue of theft. Problem solving this issue was an unexpected requirement for this position. Product knowledge and customer service was also a key focus along with auditing and employee management, such as scheduling and team building.

This position consisted of sales In beauty supply products such as hair care, skincare, hair extensions and other similar items. Customer service was the main focus of this position and my promotion into management highlights my ability to provide satisfactory service for customers as well as appropriate leadership for fellow employees.

I had the opportunity to study abroad in Stuttgart, Germany through the CSUIP program for seven months. During this time, I continued my studies in art as well as advanced my skills in problem solving, team building and communication.
