- Assist in preparing ATC (Authority to Contact) for Super Balance and updating Model Portfolio. - Assist Financial Planners with market research, compelling comparisons between current Super and proposed Super, preparation of relevant documents for client meetings, client database maintenance, and client record management. - Assist the Mortgage team with building client files, calculating serviceability ratios, making client credit checks, filling out loan application forms and creating settlement letters. - Provide general administrative support to other departments.

- Responsible for credit card reconciliation, reviewing expense management, and assisting with cash collecting and audit requirements. - Check all the receipts and descriptions attached, ensure costs are within policy and dispatched to the right department, and align with the ATO requirement. - Ensure expenses within the budget and give some advice to the accountant about cutting unnecessary costs.
