* Maintained several computer systems used by Care Management and other departments for Beaumont Hospitals in Royal Oak, Troy, and Grosse Pointe. Systems included ECIN referral database, Maxsys, Misys, and Epic. * Troubleshot system problems. * Created Infomaker reports for Care Management staff and Medical Administration. * Designed tables and screens in Maxsys databases to capture data for use by several departments within the hospitals. * Met with department and project leaders to discuss their specific data needs. * Involved in Epic building and testing for Care Management and Social Work Navigators: implemented in February 2009.

* Meaningful Use and Core Measures configuration within the EpicCare Inpatient applications. * Design and implementation of Clinical Decision Support to achieve Meaningful Use and Core Measures objectives. * Report configuration and validation for Meaningful Use and Core Measures. * Custom build solutions for Inpatient Clinical Documentation and Clinical Decision Support. * IMO and SnoMed concept mapping integration with the Epic applications.
