의약바이오학 전공자로서 신약개발 전 주기(후보물질 도출–비임상–임상–IND 제출)에 대한 체계적인 교육을 받았고, 석사과정에서는 Cell Biology와 분자생물학 기반의 약리소재 개발 연구를 수행하며 의약품, 화장품, 건강기능식품 등 다양한 응용 가능성을 탐색했습니다. In virto/vivo, in silcio, omics 분석 연구를 수행하며 약리소재의 신규 적응증 탐색 및 기전 규명 연구를 통해 3건의 특허 출원, 3편의 SCI급 논문과 국내외 학회 발표 등 구체적인 연구성과를 창출했습니다. 바이오 진단기업의 학술지원팀장으로서 해외 파트너사 발굴 및 기술 협력 제안, Project Manager 업무를 담당했습니다. 미국, 중국, 라오스 등지의 글로벌 파트너와 소통하며 제품 발표, 기술 문의 대응, 계약 조율 등을 주도했고, 이를 통해 기술 기반의 커뮤니케이션 역량과 실행력을 동시에 갖추었습니다. 바이오·헬스케어 회사의 상품기획 및 영업기획 경험을 통해 시장 분석, 원료 R&D 협업, 신제품 기획 전 과정을 주도했습니다. 상품기획과 사업계획을 수립하고, 영업팀 대상 기술 교육과 고객사 제안 PT를 수행했습니다. 이러한 경험을 통해 비즈니스 개발과 제품 전략을 유기적으로 연결하는 실무역량을 쌓았습니다. 이론과 실무를 넘나드는 경험을 바탕으로 기술 이해력, 글로벌 커뮤니케이션 능력, 사업 개발 감각을 모두 갖추고 있으며, 과학과 비즈니스의 경계를 잇는 제약 BD 직무에서 가치를 창출하고자 합니다. 앞으로도 파트너십 기획, 기술 발굴 및 라이선싱, 시장 확장 전략 수립 등 BD 역할로 지속적으로 성장해 나갈 준비가 되어 있습니다. As a Biomedical Science major, I received structured training across the full drug development pipeline—from lead compound discovery to preclinical studies, clinical development, and IND submission. During my master’s program, I conducted pharmacological research based on cell and molecular biology, exploring applications in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and health supplements. Through in vitro/in vivo experiments, in silico analyses, and omics-based studies, I discovered new indications and mechanisms of action, resulting in three patent applications, three SCI-indexed publications, and presentations at domestic and international conferences. Currently, as Head of Academic Support at a bio-diagnostics company, I lead global business development and project management, engaging partners in the U.S., China, and Laos, presenting products and technologies, negotiating agreements, and coordinating implementation. I also have hands-on experience in product and sales planning within the bio–healthcare sector, conducting market analysis, collaborating with R&D teams, developing new products, and training sales teams. These experiences strengthened my ability to connect scientific insight with commercial strategy and drive product-focused BD initiatives. With expertise spanning science and strategy, I am well-positioned to contribute to a Business Development role in the pharmaceutical industry, leveraging technical insight, global communication skills, and project execution capabilities to create value at the intersection of science and business
