I am passionate about work that employs research insights to inform best practices and have experience managing innovative projects, leading implementation teams and consulting to senior leaders and management teams on strategic organizational development. Curriculum design and delivery of an elective course on Consulting Psychology. The course was designed with the purpose of introducing students to the potential scope for consulting psychology - a specialty area of organisational psychology that addresses assessment and interventions at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The module served as a platform for students to learn, through hands on experience, how to leverage on knowledge of psychology to enhance one's practice as a consultant in the industry.

The role entails three key responsibilities – Teaching, Research and Administration. The teaching component includes lecturing two psychology units on a three-semester system. Student evaluations of the overall teaching quality for each unit have been consistently high (4.5 and above out of 5). Research endeavors have proven successful with recent book, chapter and journal article publications. Received awards in the category of Early Career Researcher (2011) and People’s Choice Award (2011) for research presentations. Pro-active member of several management committees in the University.
