This foundation in adaptability and cross-cultural communication led me to pursue higher education in the UK and Germany, before relocating to Japan in 2019—drawn by its unique blend of tradition and innovation, and solidified during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.In Japan, I transitioned into the startup ecosystem as an IT recruiter with InnoHyve and Sen4a Recruiters, specializing in B2B talent acquisition, technical hiring, and recruitment process optimization for fast-growing companies. I also served as a business assistant to Vladimir Melnikov, founder and CEO of Gloria Jeans, supporting strategic navigation of the Japanese fashion and retail market—bridging international perspectives with local business dynamics.Passionate about wellness and community building, I am a certified 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and have instructed yoga sessions in Tokyo. As a licensed tour guide with Tokyo Snow Club, I led groups on immersive winter adventures. Most recently, as Community Manager at Tokyo Campervans, I oversaw campervan fleet operations, staff recruitment, customer experience, and operational scaling amid Japan’s post-pandemic tourism resurgence.Leveraging Japan’s booming inbound travel sector, I have independently organized and guided premium tours across Kansai, Kanto, Okinawa, Tokyo (VIP walking and cultural experiences), Nikko, Kanagawa, and beyond—focusing on authentic food, cultural immersion, and personalized itineraries.
