Tech Onshore MEP Prefabricators (TOM) is an engineering contractor specialize in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), Prefabricated MEP and Modularization. Appointed as Project Manager to develop and manage project schedules, planning, progress, budgets and resources. Oversee the fabrication and assembly of DFMA modules in a controlled factory environment. Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and fabricators to ensure project requirements are met and utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) to facilitate design coordination and clash detection. Establish and maintain quality control procedures for prefabricated MEP modules and conduct inspections and testing to verify the quality of fabricated components. Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and components. Coordinate the logistics of transporting prefabricated modules to the construction site. Contracted as an MEP Construction Manager to oversee MEP activities, including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover, for the Risen Solar Project, Infineon Project, and Texas Instruments Project. Liaise with engage project consultants and local authorities to ensure all information disseminated correctly, nominate subcontractors and outline site works/designs. Support project management function to track progress, and report monthly on all MEP activities to MEP Project Manager. Appointed as MEP Manager for Central Park Apartment Towers project located in Bahria Town Karachi, Pakistan. Tracked all MEP activities including engineering designs, subcontractors and supervision of site works, and devised improvements to strengthen the monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.  Central Park Apartments Project: Oversaw MEP design, construction, installation and commissioning for eight High Rise Apartments Towers with 14 storey each.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd is a Japanese multinational engineering, electrical equipment and electronic company who works in design and build for rolling stock and railway systems on Phase 1 of the Doha metro. Joined on a contract basis as Depot Testing & Commissioning Manager and oversee the MEP T&C activities for Metro Depot facilities & equipments on Doha Metro Phase 1 Projects. Interface consortium parties & led the subcontractors to demonstrate Cause and Effect Matrix with HVAC, fire protection, fire alarm, lift system prior to local Civil Defence inspection and coordinate subsystems T&C activities. Define test plans & procedures with acceptance criteria required to demonstrate compliance with contract requirements and review MEP subcontractors testing documentation. Support, analyse & resolve issues discovered during testing and manage system configuration over testing phases. Ensure the MEP T&C results compiled project requirements & processed in support of handover strategy.  Doha Metro Phase 1, Rolling Stock and Track Works Project: Handle MEP testing and commissioning in Depot and Stabling Yard with workshops for Chilled Water Plant, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Main Control Centre, Portable & Fire Water Pump Station, Traction Power Supply, SPS & Diesel Backup Generator, Stabling Hall, Light Maintenance & Under Floor Wheel Lathe, etc.
