I have worked in the facilities management for 17 years, ultimately gaining experience in leading the technician team, project management and coach the young engineers in managing several utilities expansion projects & new plant setup project independently, operation risk management and advise on departmental budget control. As a facilities service provider, i take pride in ensuring that our utilities are always meet the customer, co-worker and visitor requirement. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that i do and build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with internal customers.Besides that i am also experienced in build and startup a new facilities system for Penang Osram Wafer Fab (Greenfield), JA Solar (Brownfield), Infineon Fab2 ph2 (Greenfield) and WD (Brownfield). I have the experience of leading technician team, business partners and also work closely with managers to manage facilities.

Contributed MYR518k cost avoidance saving per year. • Completed the 100% design review for the expansion project (brownfield).
