Job responsibilities: • Manage both WDPN1 and WDPN2 mechanical systems. • Advise and guide the team to develop the utilitize cost allocation for top management to evaluate the current and future company operating cost. • Planning and coordinating with operation team for new equipment installation, system improvement. • Support production tool utilities design review by ensuring the utilities demand given by production tool owner are correct. • Coach, mentor, guide and support operation team on engineering technical know how to ensure the facilities equipment and system operates at optimum level. • Coordinate with operation team to drill on the system interruption incidents root cause to prevent recurrence. • Analyze daily system performance based on utilities trending for further improvement and optimization. • Review, support and track the capacity analysis for facilities system against the actual operating data. • Review and approve the mechanical schematic diagram and material technical submittal for cleanroom utilities project. • Manage capital budgeting, opex budgeting for mechanical section. • Manage continuous cost reductions for facilities operations and utilities. • Drive system stability and cost down projects and programs. • Consolidate all the plant, equipment & system layout and equipment list. Achievements: • Startup WDPN2 plant. • Completed 6923 FFU units SCADA system setup project smoothly which can ease the process of finding out the fault FFUs, eventually can helps to manage the FFU system very well. • Completed FFU speed reduction energy saving project by reducing ~3500 unit FFU motor speed and contributed RM220k saving per year. • Shutdown the additional 7 units of MAU by reduce the exhaust fan speed before restart back the plant 2 cleanroom. Contributed MYR518k cost avoidance saving per year. • Completed the 100% design review for the expansion project (brownfield).

Completed new VOC (RTO) installation project. • Successfully harvest RM100k/year cost avoidance saving from Fab2 phase1 exhaust system and chiller system after performing exhaust ducting system pressure balancing during ph 2 system tight in.
