Colchester Global Investors is an independent, global government bond manager and was founded in 1999 by Ian Sims, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. Colchester manages approximately US$31bn for international clients across a variety of investment products: Global Bond, Global Inflation-Linked Bond, Green Bond, Local Currency Emerging Market Debt, Frontier Markets and Global Unconstrained Alpha. Represented England Lacrosse as part of their University Aspire program in the 2025 Lisboa Cup.

Elected as captain for Cardiff University's Mens 1st Lacrosse Team, responsibilities include: - Managing and coordinating 3 training sessions each week during the season as well as leading a weekly presentation outlining game strategy to accelerate the development of the team. - Coordinating with the other committee members to maintain and further stretch CULC's reputation of excellence

All boys summer camp specialising in sports located in Maine, USA. Summer 2022 & 2023. Responsible for 13 campers in a cabin. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to: - Cultivated a safe and inclusive environment for those in my bunk which led to all of the kids in my cabin returning to camp the following summer. - Organised 2 intercamp tournaments in 2022 and 4 in 2023. - Leading a Lacrosse program, with support from 2 other counsellors. - Successfully planned and coordinated six lessons per day for ~50 campers, tailoring lessons to the appropriate age and skill level. - Colour war leader: Recognised by peers and administrators as an outstanding employee, chosen to lead special group activities – achieved both years.
