Female Works is a coaching & education platform helping women play big in business and beyond. I coach women to find clarity, confidence, and a first offer, and I speak/moderate on female leadership, inclusion, and the future of work. After starting my career in economic development and foreign investment, I transitioned into entrepreneurship policy to focus on empowering women in tech and innovation. As Female Entrepreneurship Lead at StartupAmsterdam, I co-created Equals : the first female entrepreneurship hub in the Netherlands, and led citywide initiatives to increase the visibility, access, and funding opportunities for female founders. I collaborated with partners including TechLeap, The Next Web and Booking.com to build a more inclusive and diverse startup ecosystem, connecting women-led ventures with accelerators, investors, and international networks. Highlights: • Co-created EQUALS, the first female entrepreneurship hub in the Netherlands. • Launched programs supporting female founders and diverse startup teams. • Built cross-sector partnerships advancing inclusive innovation and representation in tech. • Represented Amsterdam in international forums on women in tech and entrepreneurship.

As Policy Advisor and Project Manager at the City of Amsterdam, I led initiatives across anti-discrimination, inclusive labour market policy, LGBTI rights, female empowerment, and counter-radicalisation. My focus was on translating diversity and inclusion policy into tangible social impact, creating a more equitable, resilient, and representative city. Alongside my advisory role, I represented Amsterdam at the European city network Eurocities, collaborating on international policy exchange and inclusion best practices.

As a Public Affairs Officer I was responsible for monitoring and advised the Aldermen and Mayor on influencing decisions that were made by the State Parliament and effected the City of Amsterdam. In this role I reported directly to the City Mayor.

As a co-founder of HAMMAM34 I was responsible for business development. This company produces home & travel related design objects.
