As Executive Director of PPP Projects for Energy and Water Infrastructure at Red Sea Global, I bring 28+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery strategy, feasibility studies, project management and construction management. My work focuses on sustainable solutions, particularly in leading the procurement, transaction, and delivery of infrastructure under Public-Private Partnership models. At Red Sea Global, I have overseen the implementation of a 250 MWp PV solar plant with 760 GWh battery storage, ensuring 100% renewable energy for our regenerative tourism destination - Amaala. Furthermore, I have led the development of Amaala’s regional infrastructure master plan encompassing power, water, ICT, waste, logistics, and security systems. Committed to ESG-aligned solutions. Previously, I have overseen the full-cycle development of a deep water sea port with 2 harbors and 4 terminals handling containers, RO-RO, dry and agri-bulk cargoes. I aim to drive resilient and sustainable infrastructure that support KSA Vision 2030.
