- Services Procurement: Responsible for the Purchase process for services, including managing of purchase orders via SAP S/4HANA with a total annual volume of €20 million. - Strategic Negotiation: Concluding framework agreements with service providers to ensure long-term cost stability and risk mitigation (managing approx. 70 suppliers). - Supplier Management: Conducting supplier qualifications, actively maintaining and expanding sustainable supplier relationships, and developing measures to increase operational efficiency.

- Contract Management: Drafting and elaborating legally compliant annual agreements, customized client contracts, and complex proposals. - Pricing & Calculation: Independent calculation of net prices and individual customer terms, while ensuring alignment with margin targets. - Complaint Management: Technical review and processing of price and delivery complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Digital Presence: Managing and updating the Finance Master website autonomously to ensure content relevance. - Social Media Management: Strategically developing social media presence to drive growth and foster community loyalty. - Digital Content Strategy: Capturing and reporting on campus events to enhance community engagement and university branding.
