My Thesis Topic: PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE OF ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR FAN SYSTEM WITH FUZZY LOGIC METHOD. In industrial production facilities, continuity of production and minimum interruption are vital to keep the total equipment efficiency high and it depends on the quality of maintenance. Therefore, in this study, we aim to prevent loss of production by intervening in the planned time before the failure of the electric motor fan systems in production. The priorities are preventing job losses with unplanned downtimes, unnecessary maintenance costs and the possibility of intervention before malfunctions. In this study, we evaluate all data according to the standards specified by the manufacturer. In order to detect the source of the error, predictive maintenance work is carried out by designing a Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) in Matlab.
