Purchasing and Consumables Warehouse Manager 1.Monthly Procurement of Consumables: - Conduct monthly inventory checks of consumables for various projects. - Compile and submit a list of consumed materials, current stock levels, and quantities needed for the upcoming month. - Coordinate with the purchasing team to update prices in the system. - Prepare and send quotation emails, request approval from the supervisor, and generate PR numbers in the MRO system. - Log into SAP to issue SXB orders, obtain approval signatures, and update project timelines with expected delivery dates. 2. Procurement for Project Testing: - Receive information on materials required for testing new projects. - Initiate MRO and CMG orders as appropriate based on the type of materials. - Coordinate with the purchasing team to update prices and request approval from the supervisor. Issue PR numbers in the MRO system and generate SXB orders in SAP. - Ensure completion of approval processes and update project timelines with expected delivery dates. 3. Material Receipt and Verification: - Inspect incoming shipments of monthly consumables and project-related consumables with at least one staff member from the respective project team. - For fixtures and machinery, collaborate with a staff member from the Equipment team to verify the accuracy of the received items. - Address discrepancies by contacting suppliers for returns and ensure correct items are logged into the system. - Issue SSZ orders to enter the verified materials into the warehouse system.

- Search for new domestic and foreign customers, consult and introduce the company's services to customers. - List and approach potential customers, advise on import and export service packages, international domestic and international shipping and forwarding solutions, customs procedures, C/O, negotiate and sign contracts with customers row. - Convince customers to use the company's services. Coordinate with Log and CS departments to carry out customs procedures and transport customer shipments to the requested port. - Meet and visit customers regularly to maintain relationships and get as many products as possible. - Plan customer and revenue development and report on implementation status periodically. - Other tasks related to sales and implementing plans/targets assigned by the Head of Department.

- Search for customers with needs in the Logistics field. - Introduce the Company's services and offer shipping rates. - Establish relationships with new customers and business partners. - Research the market of competitors in the maritime sector. - Perform other arising tasks.

- Receive requests for export-import documents for shipments transferred from sales. - Handle export-import documentations for customers if requested, including: Invoice, Packing list, Certicate of Origin (C/O), Fumigation certicate (Fumi), Phytosanitary certicate (Phyto), Other certicates, permits, quality inspections, or specialized documents... - Generate bills for shipments, create Debit Note from the system to send to Sales, then Sales will send to customers.
