Graduate Researcher in a joint lab of Prof. Kendall Houk and Prof. Yang Yang. Conducting computational research focusing on molecular surface chemistry in perovskite solar cells and physical chemistry in organic photovoltaic molecules. Smaller side projects completed include photochemistry, stereochemistry and enzyme catalysis. Also have a one-year materials engineering research experience on device fabrication of solar cells based on perovskite quantum dots. As a team of three graduate students, we consulted and assisted one of the local non-profit companies in Claremont, NH with board membership and management restructuring. Results and suggestions from benchmarking and interviews of 9 local non-profit organizations and 9 board members were presented and discussed with the executive director and board members.
